I hope that you returned safely home from your time out of town. Please have your contractor log onto the portal and
pull a permit for he work performed concerning the siding on your house. Her is the link for either you or your
contractor to get the permit. I did not see one yet as of this morning.

Sorry but I was not aware that I had to get a permit for maintenance work if no changes were being made.

Attached is your COC for the exterior work performed on your home. I am sending the
original via US mail. Please forward this email to your contractor. He will need to attach
the PDF to the permit in the portal when they apply for the building permit. As the
homeowner, you may apply for the permit yourself, but it is preferred that the
contractor pull it.
The city still requires a permit to be pulled even though the work has been
finished. Please have your contractor or yourself pull the permit as soon as you can.
