Attached is your COC for the exterior work performed on your home. I am sending the original via US mail. Please
forward this email to your contractor. He will need to attach the PDF to the permit in the portal when they apply for the
building permit. As the homeowner, you may apply for the permit yourself, but it is preferred that the contractor pull
it.
The city still requires a permit to be pulled even though the work has been finished. Please have your contractor or
yourself pull the permit as soon as you can.
