4 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
5 ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR
6 OTHER PURPOSES.

8 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
9 ARKANSAS.
10 Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
11 Z-9607: DECRIBED AS A PORTION OF TRACT H (UNRECORDED) THE
12 RANCH: PART OF THE E 1/2 OF SECTION 14,TOWNSHIP 2 NORTH,RANGE
13 14 WEST, LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, MORE
14 PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT THE
15 SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT 1, THE RANCH, AN ADDITION TO THE
16 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;THENCE S 57°16'10"E A DISTANCE OF 386.78 FEET;
17 , THENCE S 52°15'54"W A DISTANCE OF 127.05 FEET; THENCE N 66°53'55"W
18 A DISTANCE OF 328.93 FEET; THENCE N 57°16'30"W A DISTANCE OF 20.00

23 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
24 and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect
25 and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
26 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
27 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
30 ordinance.
31 Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
