HomeMy WebLinkAbout22040 111111111111111111111111111111 2021071384 PRESENTED 10-06-2021 03 04:54 PM RECORDED:10-06-2021 03:11:56 P 1 ORDINANCE NO. 22,040 In Official Records of Terri Hollingsworth Circuit/County Clerk 2 PULASKI CO,AR FEE$20.00 3 AN ORDINANCE TO REPEAL ORDINANCE NO. 18,593(NOVEMBER 20, 4 2021) TO REVOKE A PLANNED RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TITLED 5 PRESBYTERIAN VILLAGE LONG-FORM PRD, TO RECLASSIFY 6 PROPERTY LOCATED AT 810 BROOKSIDE DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF 7 LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 8 9 WHEREAS,Ordinance No. 18,593 was passed on November 20,2001,rezoning the property located 10 at 810 Brookside Drive from R-2,Single-Family District,and 0-3,General Office District,to PRD,Planned 11 Residential District,establishing the Presbyterian Village Long-Form PRD; and, 12 WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that the PRD be revoked and the prior R-2 and 0-3 13 zoning be restored;and, 14 WHEREAS, at its September 9, 2021, the Little Rock Planning Commission, by a vote of 9 ayes, 0 15 nays, 1 absent and 1 open position,recommended that the Presbyterian Village Long-Form PRD be revoked 16 and the property reclassified to R-2, Single-Family District,and 0-3,General Office District. 17 NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 18 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS. 19 Section 1. That the Ordinance No. 18,593 is hereby repealed,removing from the Official Zoning Map 20 the reclassification PRD, Planned Residential District, titled Presbyterian Village Long-Form PRD, and 21 the R-2, Single-Family District, and 0-3, General Office District, zoning is restored to the property 22 described as 810 Brookside Drive to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,Arkansas. 23 Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 24 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 25 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 26 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 27 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 28 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 29 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 30 ordinance. 31 Section 4. Repealer.
