Includes price on replacement , tear off double layer and shake in some areas, haul off, dump,
and clean up. New pipe boots, replace felt( 15lb Rhino Synthetic), new ventilation ( Ridgevent), Ice
and Water Shield in the valleys and along siding if meets roof. Premium Starter (Swift Start). If
Decking is required then each 4x8 decking installed will be $100 additional. Some Raftors or
Fascia boards might have to be replaced and are a unforseen item.
