I saw on the news that the garage next to you burned Sunday night but did not know
that your fence and outbuilding was also damaged until I was on site Monday afternoon.
Enclosed is a "Certificate of Compliance" that you will need to repair the fence and
outbuilding. The city ordinance allows Staff to approve certain maintenance items and
your fence and outbuilding fall under that category.
You will need a current survey to apply for a fence permit. Please attach this COC to
the permit on the portal.
