Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Garage building
a) Remove remains of burnt garage building, including foundations.
b) Grade land and add soil if needed to fill in any holes or trenches.
2) Fencing Repair/Replace.
a) Wooded replacement boards to be same size, material and shape as existing. New fence to be
in same location as previous with same number and size of gates.
b) Do not extend fencing where garage was not present before.
c) Temporary fencing of wire mesh may be installed to secure property. Wire mesh to be no taller
than six feet tall and installed with temporary posts.
