missing or cracked on porch area.
2) Porch repair
a) Porch Floor Repair
i) Remove rotted porch flooring and replace with tongue and groove decking.
ii) Tongue and groove planks to run perpendicular to house.
iii) Replace any rotted or damaged porch support floor joists.
b) Porch Repair
i) Remove and replace porch beams and trim with supports of same size, profile, and material
as existing.
ii) Reuse concrete bases of columns. Reuse existing columns and capitals.
