Brian—
We’ve reviewed the materials the AMFA has submitted for their COA application for changes at MacArthur Park and
don’t believe we’d have any problems approving them under our easement. I’ve attached a letter to that effect to this
email. If the commission approves the application without changes, I will issue a final letter to Dr. Ramirez appro ving the
changes. If you could keep me apprised of the progress of this application I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for
working with us on this.
