Exterior staircase and porch: Has this staircase and porch
already been built? Do you have a survey to show the setback on
this staircase? Please provide either sketches of the handrails or
additional photos to show what has been built.
As we are waiting on approval, the staircase and porch have not yet been built. I have
included a picture of an exterior staircase at 607 E. 6th St. as an example of the
staircase I’m proposing. It will be 4’ wide. The hand rails will mimic the rails in the
picture.
