Walter – Attached is a copy of the current Arkansas law on requirements for filing a Petition to Annex by 100% of the property owners. There is no mention a requirement to include a map or actual survey of the land to be annexed, just an “accurate description of the relevant properties”. I spoke with Bryan Day at the Port and he asked if you would email to us a copy of the map that you are referring to in a previous successful annexation. We want to make sure we get this right.
