As a result of Ordinance 22034 some 162 acres plus or minus in size will become part of the City of Little Rock as of October 8, 2021. The area also Zoned to I-3, Heavy Industrial by Ordinance 22034 adopted on September 7, 2021. Please take all necessary actions to assure that the area receives city services. Attached you should find a copy of Ordinance 22034 and map. The area annexed is along Zeuber Road, (approximately 5800 through 7000 BLKs of Zeuber Road). Repealer.
