Sorry, this is my last day at the City of Little Rock. I am copying my Supervisor, Walter Malone, on this email. He will be
your contact in the next few months until there is a replacement here.
You may want the option of appearing before the DRC. It is a committee of the Historic District Commission and they

discussion is non-binding, but it is comprised of Commissioners. You will be required to file a COA, (public hearing) for
any fencing or changes you do in the front.

Would you possibly have time to meet face to face regarding possible fence options for 1015 Scott St? I know we have
