Walter - I’m not in the office today but I will forward you Mr Munsey’s deed which states property lying South of Kanis
Road. Has you clerk and assessors forwarded his deed?

Mr. Alberius,
I was starting to work on the annexation. But it looks like there is a 30-foot wide strip from Kanis north through your
property that is owned my Lloyd Munsey. Based on the two verification letters (Clerk and Assessor) I would have though
you had all the land. By chance do you know anything about this 30-foot strip – 53R0350001501.
