Dear Mr. Alberious,
On June 24, 2021 at their regular hearing the Planning Commission approved your request for
annexation (A339, Cypress Bend Kanis Annexation).
This matter has been forwarded to the Board of Directors for a hearing. This letter is to inform
you that the item is tentatively scheduled to be heard at the August 3, 2021, Little Rock City
Board of Directors meeting. If this changes we will contact your further. Feel free to contact me
with questions or comments regarding this or related matters.
The Board of Directors meeting location will be the Centre at University Park, located at 6401
12th Street. This is a public hearing, and you are encouraged to attend. Other interested parties
are allowed to speak in favor or opposition to your request at this hearing. Please be prepared to
answer questions if they arise.
