SUBJECT: Cypress Bend-Kanis Annexation A-339

Attached is a copy of a sketch illustrating the area requesting annexation to the City of Little
Rock. The area requesting annexation is some 33.7 acres plus or minus in size, along the north
side of Kanis Road, between Rahling Road and Denny Road (approximately 17000 through
18500 Kanis Road). The owner is proposing to develop 55 acres (including this annexation area)
as a gated, age restricted development of attached residential and a clubhouse. Access is
proposed to be from Rahling Road with only an emergence secondary access on Kanis Road.
There will be a Planned Residential Development for the Development filed for the June 10,
