ORDINANCE NO. 19,371
3 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF
4 ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, TO
5 PROVIDE FOR A DEFERRAL OF MASTER STREET PLAN
6 CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS FOR SIBLEY HOLE ROAD; AND
7 FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
9 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
10 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
11 Section 1. That Chapter 30 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide
12 for a deferral of certain requirements within the Master Street Plan for Parrott Bay Pools
13 and Spas on the west side of Sibley Hole, south of Stagecoach Road.
14 Subsection a. Chapter 30 Article VI requiring developers to construct
15 roadway improvements to the requirements of the Master Street Plan will be
16 deferred for the construction Parrott Bay Pools Planned Development -
17 Commercial (File number Z- 7876). The specific deferral is for improving a Sibley
18 Hole Road to Commercial street standards.
19 Subsection b. Existing right -of -way is adequate to meet standards. No
20 additional right -of -way dedication is required.
21 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
22 clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
23 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
24 portions of this ordinance, which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
25 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of this
26 ordinance.

Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances or resolutions of the City in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict.
