SECRETARY Thank you for providing the Quapaw Quarter Association an opportunity to
Linda Sue Sanders comment on the application for a Certificate of Appropriateness for the rehabilitation
of the structure at 923 112 McAlmont Street.
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
We endorse the concept of rehabilitating the structure, which clearly is an eyesore at
Mary Jane Bailey present, and, based on the information contained in the application, we have no
Eric Spencer Buchanan objections to the work proposed. Some details --such as exactly what type of new
Paul Esterer windows will be installed --are not covenrd by the application, but we trust that
