Dear Mr. Minyard,
Thank you so much for the updated Historic District Guidelines. I have them mounted in a ring
binder notebook.
I also appreciate the COC you enclosed very much. However, there are a few typos on the COC
that need correction. I have enclosed a photocopy of the COC with corrections noted in blue. I
do need a corrected copy.

Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Wood Siding and Trim Board Repair
a) Corner trim Boards and Siding Repair
i) Remove damaged trim boards and siding pieces and replace with boards of same
dimension, shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
b) Trim Boards around Windows
i) Remove damaged trim boards and replace with boards of same dimension and shape. A
fiat plain profile is acceptable. Match details of existing windows.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint after stucco repair has been completed.
c) Replace stud framing members as necessary from rot damage.
2) Painting
a) Scrape areas as needed.
b) Apply one coat of primer, and two coats of paint.
3) Roofing
a) Remove multiple layers of asphalt roofing and/or additional layers of roofing materials.
b) Repair decking with boards of same thickness, (plywood, chipboard, or 1x6 boards for decking.)
c) Drip edge may be installed. Paint exposed edge to match fascia.
d) No changes will be spade to the roof pitches, gables, or valleys.
e) Reroof with three tab shingles.
f) Install flashing behind wood siding at roof intersection.
4) Gutters
a) The addition of gutters is not included in this approval.
