The tax assessor of Pulaski County shows you as the owner of lots 1 and 2, block 60 of
the Original City of Little Rock known as 803 S Rock Street. This property is within the
MacArthur Park Local Ordinance Historic District and is subject to all rules and
regulations of that district.
While visiting the neighborhood recently, I noticed that there were issues maintenance
issues on the exterior of your building primarily siding and roofing.
As Staff of the Historic District Commission, I can administratively approve some repair
work to the exterior of the building. Replacing and repairing the siding and roof are
usually approved by Staff. I would like to work with you on getting that corrected.
Changes to the building involving materials and appearance require a public hearing in
front of the Commission.
