A flat plain profile is acceptable. Match details of existing windows. ii) Caulk, prime, and paint after stucco repair has been completed. c) Replace stud framing members as necessary from rot damage. 2) Painting a) Scrape areas as needed. b) Apply one coat of primer, and two coats of paint. 3) Roofing a) Remove multiple layers of asphalt roofing and/or additional layers of roofing materials. b) Repair decking with boards of same thickness, (plywood, chipboard, or 1x6 boards for decking.) c) Drip edge may be installed. Paint exposed edge to match fascia. d) No changes will be made to the roof pitches, gables, or valleys. e) Reroof with three tab shingles. f) Install flashing behind wood siding at roof intersection. 4) Gutters a) The addition of gutters is not included in this approval. ,n Staff Signature Date of COC The original is printed on pale orange paper.
