MESSAGE
Brian, recently the neighbors across the street sent us pictures of
homeless and drug activity taking place on the south side of
1015 South Scott. Kathy Wells has decided that a black wrought
iron security gate on the rear of this passage -way would stop the
traffic from the alley to Scott and vice versa. Attached is a
drawing from Ingle Fence show the placement of the gate and
its 6 foot height. We would appreciate your approval of this gate
so that we can deter further illegal activity around the property. If
you have any questions please call me at 221-9999.
