The structure is a two story brick with approximately 5200 square
feet of living area. Currently there are five apartments, after
completion there shall be one owner -occupied unit on the 1st floor
and three rental units on the 2nd floor.

Masonry ........ A section brick veneer of the south
wall (approx. 108 sq.ft.) is leaning
outward and has to be torn down and

The building needs tuckpointing on

Remove loose mortar and fill joint
