That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from C-3, 13 General Commercial District, and R-4, Two-Family District,to PCD, Planned Commercial District: 14 Z-9508-A: Described as Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 16, 17, and 18, Block 3, Euclid Place 15 Addition to the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas; Less and Except part 16 of Lot 9, Block 3, Euclid Place Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, 17 Arkansas as described in Deed 2010050592 of the Records of Pulaski County, 18 Arkansas and also Less and Except part of Lot 16, Block 3,Euclid Place Addition to 19 the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County, Arkansas as described in Deed 99048110 of 20 the Records of Pulaski County,Arkansas. 21 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little Rock 22 Planning Commission. 23 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for Posh Automotive PCD, located 24 at 8900/8916 Colonel Glenn Road (Z-9508-A), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan approval within 25 the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII, Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances. 26 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the final plan approval. 27 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, 28 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary 29 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. 30 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 31 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 32 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 33 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 34 ordinance.
