1. Remove existing brick structure.
2. Replace with wooden picket fence similar to fences on the surrounding properties.

Fence Posts: This is not the exact item but the material and look will be the same plus we will be
painting either white or to match the existing structure.
Height: 3.5-4ft
Length: Approx. 65ft
Location
Existing Structure:
The brick fence in the picture below is to be removed and replaced with a wooden picket fence with
gate. The second photo below is the neighboring building and we plan to replicate the fence in a
similar fashion.
