Cindy,
Below is a graphic for the abstract company. You will need 200’ from the perimeter of the orange border since the
building straddles both parcels. Also, be sure to mail something to the Hostel and to the Military Museum. Beware, that
includes all owners of Quapaw Tower.

Please add to the submittals the following:
1 A demolition plan showing all signs, sidewalks, benches, plaza, pool, vegetation, etc. to be removed. Remove any
layers except road edges and buildings.
See attached diagrams to be added to presentation.
2 A plan showing which lights are staying, which are going and which are new. Again, Remove any layers except road
edges and buidlings.
See attached diagrams to be added to presentation.
On the plan Proposed Crescent lawn redesign, note any benches.
Note has been added to this sheet for new benches.
State total height and size of vertical banners on 9th Street. How are they lit?
See page 17 for locations and page 26 &27 for detailing, sizing and lighting proposed.
On L-112 and LT-112, add more arrows to show direction of traffic on Crescent Drive.
More arrows have been added, labeled and shown in color on sheet LT-112
Get with Parks and Recreation on their needs for access to the park and the Military Museum. Get with Public Works on
the width of the drive and if parking is allowed on both sides if it is two way.
Page 5 of package one shows the plaza area. If this is going away, please delete from plan. Show in demo plan above.
Plaza has been removed from this sheet and shown on C207 Hardscape demo
Page 11 of package one does not jive with locations on earlier sheets for sign locations. Please check continuity.

Page 11 of package one, give me some dimensions of lettering. We can approve an area for naming even if you don’t
have the name yet for the naming rights for the galleries.
Refer to sheet 11 – I have added the corresponding page numbers where dimensions for all placeholders are currently
shown.
On the crescent drive brick sidewalk, talk with Parks to see if they want the bricks to use as replacements in other areas
of the park. If they do, please palletize these and make arrangements for them to pick them up.
I have put in a call to Leeland to ask this question but for now, I have added a note that we will salvage these for their
use.
