where mortar is missing or cracked. Use Type N mortar with joint to match existing.
c) Remove and reuse cast coping on walls. Re -grout joints as before.
d) Column on north end has shifted. Either realign and re -point or dissemble and rebuilds to
original size and location using original materials.
e) Short wall on south side property line: It is
permissible to remove and not replace certain �7
bricks so that the top of the wall will be flat and

aligned as originally installed. Courses of brick
should be parallel to the top of the wall. Consult X13
arborist if tree roots are cut. Install coping along - aJ
