That is a bit more extensive than I thought. Someone really got carried away. Usually it's some spray paint or a cupful of something. That is vandalism on steroids. If just a simple light pressure wash worked that well surely we can come up with something you can add to the spray that will assist. Maybe something to be put on and then sprayed off or maybe something in the spray. Either way your photos give me some direction on this and after I get the sample I can zero in on what it is and what will further remove it. Some one had been watching your site because that quantity of liquid isn't something someone just carries around and decides to do a spur of the moment assault. I've gotten asphalt adhesive out of granite before so I doubt this will be that difficult, just maybe a bit messy. Look forward to getting your samples.
