Yep, Stuart Mackey's properties at 9th and Cumberland are out.

Thank you Brian, this is perfect. Do you have a contact within the Cromwell architects firm? Pretty sure that they’re the
ones that redid it in the 70s given that they named it after them selves.
The two properties that have come up as possible purchases are the two 800 block properties that don’t contribute. I
didn’t think they did, but promised myself to do due diligence.
Our properties did pretty well. I had a sprinkler line for fire suppression break at Rainwater. Quite a surprise! Nothing
happened that’s an insurance claim. সহ
Take Care and thanks again,
Jill

college. The apartments in the middle looked old, even then.

They have a bunch online now.

was built as apartments. Have Tommy check the sanborn maps to see what happened to the house. I would be
concerned if the stair was not going back exactly where it i s now in case there are front setback issues. I do not have any
files on this house either.

National Register Historic District. Three corners of that intersection are in the district but these are not. I do not have
an AHPP folder on them either.

information to find that I think you could help with and It would be so much nicer if I just snuck in you office and and
started asking questions...but here goes...

historic properties), and I am hoping to ask for permission from the LRHD Commission and National Park Service to
change the stairwells on 515 E. 8th St. and the Victorians on 8th Street. I have asked Tommy Jameson to help come up
with a plan that might be more attractive and he thinks he can help if we find him the original plan elevations for the
1980’s Cromwell Court project. Do you know where I might find them?
