Project Description with Conditions listed:
1) Stair Repair and Deck Repair
a) Repair or replace second floor wood decks and the stairs leading to them in same location and
size as existing while meeting zoning setback requirements and all building codes.
2) Wood Siding and Trim Board Repair
a) Siding Replacement
i) Remove all sheets of grooved siding and replace with the same material and appearance.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
b) Trim Boards around windows, doors, watertable, and corner pieces
i) Remove trim boards and replace with boards of same dimension, shape and profile.
ii) Caulk, prime, and paint.
3) Wood Soffit and Fascia Repair
a) Remove damaged soffit and fascia pieces and replace with wood boards of same dimension,
shape and profile.
b) Caulk, prime, and paint.
4) Gutters
a) Remove and replace gutters to facilitate siding replacement.
b) Downspouts to be in same location as before.
c) Paint downspouts as desired to camouflage.
5) Brick Paving
a) Reset existing brick on sand base being careful to direct water flow properly.
6) Railroad Tie tire stops
a) Replace railroad tire stops with same or other treated wood stops.
