Also, I looked at your building today. You have a 4'x 8' sign on each of the side walls of the building reading "Downtown Deli and Grocery", also a ground (pole) sign that is about 25 square feet in area and about 20 feet in height. Per our conversation, you are requesting on 2 foot by 6 foot sign on the west side of the building near the street. The sign will be painted on the building and will list items that are for sale by the convenience store: Coffee, Grocery, Pizza, etc. It will be near the top of the wall, but not exceeding to top of the wall. You will not have any other signs for the business other than hours of operation on the door and visa/MasterCard logos. Please respond that this information is correct or edit your response. Please respond to all, so that Dana Carney will have a record of what you want to do for your CUP application.
