Dear City of Little Rock Planning & Development:
I intend to start a new business at 314 E. 6th Street, Little Rock, AR 72202 as a convenience store. I would
like to place some ad words (without frontage) on the side of the building, such as "Coffee", "Grocery"
and "Pizza". The building and existing sign cannot be seen because they are covered by trees. Please
accept my request to put up the ads in order to help the business survive.
