Roof Proposal for 314 6th Street
. Furnish material & labor to tear off the existing builtup roof system down to the wood deck.. Mechanically attach one layer of '1.5" ISO insulation, one layer of 2' ISO insulation, with a total R-value of 20.. Mechanically attach a 60 mil TPO roof system, fully adhere all wall & curb flashings.. lnstall pipe boots, install new gutter, drip edge, & down spouts. lnstall new coping cap.. Clean up all debris.. Furnish owner with a 2-year workmanship warranty.. Furnish owner with a 1O-year manufacturers warranty.
Price = $13,089
Alternate: add $900 to extend warranty to 20-year
