The roof is a maintenance issue. It currently is a built up modified bitumen roof with a leaks. The existing bitumen cap
will be stripped off, rotten wood decking spot replaced as necessary, and a new 60 mil TPO roof covering installed,
please see attached PDF.

A roof if it is not changing (ie maintenance) could be done as a staff level review. We have to know what they are
proposing, what the materials will be. So this information would need to be sent for review. They can wait and talk to
Brian on Monday or send the information to me. But unless they have a COC for the roof work already they will need a
COC of it.
