remove exist restroom; relocate uni-sex ADA restroom to rear of bldg, stick build meeting room, one office, breakroom, open space for

Beyond this, I am completely clueless on getting the permit moving forward. This is the first time I have submitted a
permit application to the City.
Also, this property in just inside the MacArthur Historic District. Is permitting from them required?
