I would like to request a COC to replace the existing roof cover at our building located at 314 E. 6 th Street, Little Rock.
The building is located inside the MacArthur Historic District. Attached is a drawing of the building. This building has a
flat, single slope, roof hidden behind parapet edges. The current roof covering is a bitumen (tar) coating that is leaking
and needs replacement. The plan of action will be to strip the existing coating down to the wood decking, replace any
decking found to be rotten or defective, and coat the roof with a new 60 mil TPO roofing membrane, see attached PDF
for the product specifications (file 20210121144529.pdf). There will not be any changes to the roof slope or profile. I
have initiated a building permit with the City, permit #202110469.
