elevation where changes are proposed showing existing appear-
ances; plus sketch or drawing of any proposed physical
changes; and

the Little Rock Historic District Commission will be published at
least 15 days prior to said hearing in a daily newspaper as re-
quired by Arkansas Act 48.4 of 1963 and Little Rock Ordinance
.Vo. 14042, and that notice of said public hearing before the
Commission must be circulated by the applicant to all other parties
in interest, including those owners of land within the established
area of influence of the building or property under consideration
as required by the Guidelines of the Historic District Commission,
and that the cost of such notices shall be borne by the applicant.
