Memorandum
After a review of the application for the upcoming commission meeting this Thursday I do
not feel that there is enough information to put the applicant on the agenda unless
additional information Is provided beforehand. Please contact the applicant of 900 Rock
Street and ask for the following information,
Roof: Submit a manufacturer's specification for the roofing materials prior to the meeting.
The Applicant must produce a sample board or an actual shingle at the commission
meeting.
Fence: Submit a site plan of the property showing location of the fence and gates. Submit
an elevation of the fence that describes the fence height, picket width, post width, materials
used, and method of construction.
All items with the exception of the shingle sample should be submitted to each.
commissioner prior to the meeting. If these items cannot be submitted before April 5, 2001
then the meeting must be postponed until next month.
If there are any other changes to the exterior of the house, elevations of the house
illustrating these changes must be submitted also.
