Project is to be completed as amended and as approved by Historic District Commission in the
September 10, 2012 hearing. Ribbon Driveway is to be installed with three ribbons of concrete
from the edge of the sidewalk to the fence. Ribbons are to be a width of 24 inches wide with a
34 inch grass space between. Sidewalk is to remain as is or be re -poured in the same location
as width as before. Apron between sidewalk and curb of street is to be solid concrete. Fence
is to be constructed as submitted.
