On the application, you signed on the Owner or Agent line. If you personally cannot be present on January 8 th at 4:00
pm, you may fill out the “Certificate of Appropriateness Authorization of Representation Statement” that is page 5 of
the application packet. You would assign someone to represent you on that form and get that notarized. You would
need to have that ORIGINAL notarized copy to me by Wednesday at 5:00 PM.
You will not need to bring anything else to the hearing.

When you say "my agent" must be present who is that exactly?
I have read over the paperwork. I will print and bring to the hearing.
