We mailed the form you sent to me. It was VERY costly & time consuming process. We are in the middle of a
pandemic. These funds and time towards this are getting ridiculous.
The portion where you sign the bottom was NOT on the bottom of the form you sent.
We sent off what you asked & have compiled with everything.
My husband will be contacting you today. He will provide you a full copy of what we sent off.

Thanks, I am usually at lunch from 11:30-12;30. Any time else would be fine. I will give you two signs since you
are on the corner. You may place them in your windows so that they are visible from both streets (they are not
waterproof).

Good morning Brian,
We mailed the letters last Friday. My husband can bring proof of the stubs today, and get the signs we are
supposed to hang.

Just a reminder that your letters to the surrounding property owners must be mailed out by December 24, 2020.
You may mail them earlier if you wish. You are required to mail the Notice of Public Hearing that is included
with your application to the surrounding property owners. This will be sent certified mail return receipt
requested.
You must bring proof to this office that you mailed the letters by December 31, 2020. That will be the green and
white forms (# PS3800) that are stamped by the USPS and the Notice of Public Hearing that you sign and date
the day that the letters were mailed.
To drop off your paper work, come to 723 W Markham on the ground floor at the double doors facing
Markham Street. Call the number and I or someone else will come and retrieve the items for me. We are closed
Christmas Day and New Years Day.
