There is a notice form that is two pages long that you will need to send to the neighbors. It is attached. If you
wish to include something else in the envelope, you may do so.

Dear Brian,
Will January 7th be my hearing date? Will I attend in person? I do have my application Complete. When I get home from work I can
send it over to you no problem.
Unfortunately the abstractor I hired kept putting me off and now has been out of the office for two weeks with COVID.
If you have an accurate list of every property owner within two hundred feet. Could you possibly provide this to me. It would
definitely make the process go a bit more smooth.
I have started to letter to send out. I am just not 100% certain of what my verbiage is to say.
