Located in Interstate 430 Planning District, 4400 Block of Colonel Glenn Plaza Drive, the 14 Land Use Plan is changed from Mixed Office Commercial (MOC) to Commercial (C) as shown on the 15 attached graphic. 16 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 17 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 18 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 19 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the 20 ordinance. 21 Section 3. Repealer.
