ORDINANCE NO. 4 21,959 (FEBRUARY 2, 2021) TO ADD MUSCO SPORTS LIGHTING,LLC, 5 AS AN ADDITIONAL THIRD-PARTY TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN 6 CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND THE UNITED STATES 7 SOCCER FOUNDATION; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. 8 9 WHEREAS, on February 2, 2021, the Board of Directors approved a Sole-Source Ordinance, Little 10 Rock,Ark. Ordinance No.21,959 for a contract between the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,and the United 11 States Soccer Foundation; and, 12 WHEREAS, during the negotiations of finalizing that contract it was determined that Musco Sports 13 Lighting,LLC,needed to be added as an additional party to the contract; and, 14 WHEREAS, the United Sates Soccer Foundation has agreed that City will make all contractual 15 payments to Musco Lighting, LLC, instead of the United States Soccer Foundation in an amount not to 16 exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars($100,000.00). 17 NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY 18 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS: 19 Section 1. Little Rock, Ark., Ordinance No. 21,959 (February 2, 2021) is amended to add Musco 20 Lighting, LLC, as an additional party to the future Sole Source Contract between the City of Little Rock, 21 the United States Soccer Foundation,and Musco Lighting, LLC. 22 Section 2. All payments that were to be made to United States Soccer Foundation at the execution of 23 the final contract will now be made to Musco Lighting, LLC. The contract price will not exceed an amount 24 of One Hundred Thousand Dollars($100,000.00). 25 Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or 26 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or 27 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and 28 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the 29 ordinance. 30 Section 4. Repealer.
