10 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROeY{',"''''''',
11 ARKANSAS.
12 Section 1. That the zoning classification of the following described property be changed from PCD,
13 Planned Commercial District,to Revised PCD, Planned Commercial District:
14 Z-5224-H: Described as a parcel lying in the NW% SW'/4, Section 14,T-2-N,R-14-
15 W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
16 Commencing at a point on the north right-of-way Highway 10 where the east line of
17 the NW% SW'%, Section 14, intersects thence run N 72° 10' W, along said right-of-
18 way 202.5 feet to a point of beginning; thence run N 72° 10' W along said right-of-
19 way 112.4 feet to a point; thence run N 14°42' E, 85.2 feet; thence run S 72° 41' E,
20 112.2 feet;thence run S 14°36'W,86.2 feet to the point of beginning. Less and except
21 that part taken for right-of-way by Arkansas State Highway Commission in
22 Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument No. 90-26427,dated May 18, 1990, records
23 of Pulaski County,Arkansas.
24 Section 2. That the preliminary site development plan/plat be approved as presented to the Little Rock
25 Planning Commission.
26 Section 3. That the change in zoning classification contemplated for National Property Holdings,
27 LLC, Revised PCD, located at 18406 Cantrell Road(Z-5224-H), is conditioned upon obtaining final plan
28 approval within the time specified by Chapter 36,Article VII,Section 36-454(e)of the Code of Ordinances.
29 Section 4. That this ordinance shall not take effect and be in full force until the fmal plan approval.
30 Section 5. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
31 Arkansas,and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary
32 to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

1 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
2 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
3 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
4 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
5 ordinance.
6 Section 7. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same that are inconsistent with
7 the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
