A stop work order has been placed on the front and back door of the location. There has also been a triple fine assessed.

Subject: stop work order on 1315 Cumberland

I am requesting a stop work order on 1315 Cumberland for exterior work of changing windows, doors, and other
exterior work. They do not have a permit for any work. I am also asking to triple fee them when they do. The contactor
name is Phillips affordable house leveling 501-551-1371. Chuck, please tell me when this is complete.
From the treasurer’s office, the owners name I Felipe Gutiers, 258-9104, 1023 Woodson Lateral , Hensley, 72065. I
talked to Felipe and told him he could not do any more work on the site until the HDC approves any work.
