Dear Mr. Heiple,
The Little Rock Historic District Commission has reviewed HDC2019-023 at the November 5,
2020 meeting. The Little Rock Historic District Commission has approved your request to
withdraw the application for the Infill 15 unit multifamily building. The final vote was 5 ayes, 0
noes and 2 absent.
To be perfectly clear, you may not file the same application for 12 months. You may file a
different application before the twelve month mark, but the Commission will vote to confirm that
it is materially different than the last application before it is presented to the Commission for
review of the COA. Here is a snip from the newly approved bylaws:
