It is 11:00 on Thursday. This is the last email I will send you of a tally of responses to the two COAs to be heard this
afternoon.
On 1414 Park Lane, we have 13 emails in support and one (QQA) in opposition to the project.
On 10th and Rock, we received the updated online petition late yesterday evening. I have incorporated these numbers
into the latest spreadsheet. Of the 374 gross contacts though petition, emails, calls, etc., we have 312 unique
names. Obviously some signed the petition and also sent multiple emails. Two were in favor, two asked questions and
the rest were in opposition. Interesting note, we have four from out of state and two out of the country. We also have
26 from other cities in Arkansas.

Emails:
I sent you a link yesterday to a multipage document that had all of the emails concerning 10 th and Rock from day one. I
have one additional email for 10th and Rock from Kathy Wells. It is attached. I have attached a comment tally sheet on
10th and Rock. This is all of the emails and calls and letters from day one.
I am sending you the emails I have collected on 1414 Park Lane all combined into one email. I am sure I will have others
to distribute to you tomorrow via email.
Appointments:
The Board of Directors did not appoint any new members to various commissions, including HDC, on the 7 th of
July. They did not appoint any new members on July 21st either. Ally, at the City clerk’s office, says that the new
deadline is August 7th. So, it will be after that when we have appointments again. Commissioners serve until replaced…
Conferences:
The NAPC Forum Conference that was to be held in Tacoma Washington has been converted to an online virtual
conference. If you wish to participate, please let me know immediately. The city will take the registration money out of

our grant. The meeting starts Monday the 3rd of August and continues till Sunday the 9th. The sessions are in the
afternoon with time in between. You would get a zoom meeting invitation to the sessions. I will need to know very
shortly to get you registered. Please let me know by Monday at 8:00 am. http://forum.napcommissions.org/ Most
