Dear Mayor Scott, Historic District Commissioners, Mr. Collins, and Mr. Minyard:
I am submitting the attached letter stating opposition to HDC2019-023 on behalf of ten Little Rock residents
who have been honored with Preserve Arkansas's Parker Westbrook Award for Lifetime Achievement, which
recognizes outstanding achievements and contributions to the field of historic preservation in Arkansas over a
number of years. Please consider this a supplemental item, separate and distinct from any comments already
submitted by these individuals.
