I am sorry but the decision is to cancel the meeting. We thought we would be able to engage the public before
the initial deadline. I shared the timeline with my folks, that there would be comments and questions from the
City and an opportunity to revise and re-submit on the 17th but the decision is still to cancel.
I anticipate we will still have QQA comments and I will get you the notes from last week as well.

Tim and Brian,
The QQA is going to cancel Saturday's meeting. We thought the deadline for the submittal was Feb. 12, that
was what we heard at the Advocacy Committee Meeting, but I was looking at the schedule and it is Feb. 7, this
Friday. So our hope that folks would be able to make impactful comments would not be the case.
I wanted to let you know before this is made public.
